In the password-protected SAFEDI portal, trusted persons have the option of entering an infection case and thus activating the close-contact analysis. In addition, statistics and key figures provide helpful insights into the optimal use of SAFEDI.

By entering a case of infection, the SAFEDI portal lists all close contacts respectively the recorded SAFEDI-ID of the persons concerned. This allows the person of trust to inform them accordingly. Smartphone users receive an additional push notification.

- Number of close contacts per day: indicates the compliance of safe distance in the company.
- Number of synchronized SAFEDIs per day: informs about the correct synchronization compliance of the staff.
- Average number of all close contacts per day: indicates how many people should be informed in case of an infection.
